He is survived by: his wife Aurora Velez; his children, Brady Macasocol, Maryann Hernandez, Lucero Montoya and Stephanie Medina; and his siblings, Carmen Melendrez, Christina Langham and Mark Munoz. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
