She was predeceased by: her father Carmelo Velez. She is survived by: her mother Magdalena Ayala of Perryton, Texas; her husband Manuel Rendon of Perryton, Texas; her children, Maria Blanca Gallardo of Perryton, Texas, Daniel Mendoza of Saltillo, Coahuila and Juan Carlos Mendoza of Amarillo, Texas; her children-in-law, Cipriano Gallardo of Perryton, Texas and Brenda Mendoza of Amarillo, Texas; and her siblings, Roman Velez of Saltillo, Coahuila, Saul Velez of Buffalo, Jesus Velez (Rita Velez), Eva Boose of Flora and Patty Velez of Perryton, Texas. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
