He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Barclay and Bessie Fulfer Barclay; and his wife Bernadine Buxton. He is survived by: his children, Norma Kay Cudd of Perryton, Phyllis Cummings of Spearman, Janie Thomas of Elk City, Oklahoma, David Barclay of Amarillo and Gary Barclay of Enid, Oklahoma. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to one's favorite charity.
