He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Vizcarra and Isabel Mendoza Vizcarra. He is survived by: his spouse Emerita Rincon; his children, Edgar Vizcarra of Pasdena, Cynthia Vizcarra of Perryton and Bianca Vizcarra of Perryton; and his siblings, Candy Vizcarra of California, Estelle Vizcarra of Fullerton, Jose Vizcarra of Perryton, Gustavo Vizcarra of Perryton, Ramon Vizcarra of Tehachapi, Alonzo Vizcarrar of Mexico, Leobrado Vizcarra of Mexico and Maria Vizcarra of Mexico. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, only immediate family members are allowed at the funeral service.
