He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrel Hay and Versie Treadway Hay; and his siblings, Donald, Orville, Darlene, Betty and Arvella.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Hay of Canyon, Brent Hay of Austin, Neal Hay of Booker, Texas and Dakota Hay of Casper, Wyoming; and his siblings, Twila Buchanan of Amarillo, Texas and Jay Hay of Liberal, Kansas. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
