He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hardy and Gertrude Hardy; his former wife Wanda; and his daughter Deana Gardiner. He is survived by: his brother Paul; his wife Marjory; his children, Donna Brittain (Bill) of Yoakum and Jerry Hardy of Questa, NM; his sisters, Elda Schwalk of Perryton and Faye Faries of Lubbock; and his son-in-law Mike Gardiner of Canadian. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
