He is survived by: his children, Bendi Mabbitt of Perryton, Shelly McCutchen of Amarillo, Texas, Kile Cowan of Perryton, Texas and Kelly Cowan of Perryton, Texas; his siblings, Tommy Cowan of Balko, Leland Cowan of Balko, Bruce Cowan of Perryton, Texas, Linda O'Dell of Balko, Lola Douglas of Balko, Martha Dunn of Elkhart, Janet Gift of Port Lavaca and Judy Bennett of Rockwall, Texas; and his grandchildren, Ashleigh Sanders, Courtney Morris, Kilee Cowan, Chambrey McCutchen, Ella Cowan, Brenlee McCutchen, Daniel Mabbitt, Christian Cowan, Stephen Cowan, Bo Cowan and Hadlee Cowan. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
