He is survived by: his parents, Alfredo Bernal Sr. and Grace Damian of Perryton; his daughters, Amanda Diaz of Amarillo, Ashley Holmes of Perryton and Andrea Bernal (Luis Cisneros) of Perryton; his grandchildren, Dominique, Mayumi, Aly, Lina and Ava; and his sisters, Yolonda Martinez, Laura Smith, Beronica Munoz, Isabel Chacon, Sara Andazola, Angie Landeros, Mayra Campbell and Ana Hernandez.
