He is survived by: his wife Janis Spalding; his children, Jeff Spalding (Sara), Lesli Frank (Glenn), Megan Levin (Philip) and Tyler Spalding; his siblings, Robert Spalding (Arleen), Janet Kuppler (Bud) and Jeanne Ann Fountain (Larry); and his former wife Sharon Spalding (Laux). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
