He is survived by: his wife Velma; his son Gary (Judy James); his daughter-in-law Monica James; and his grandchildren, Tahwana Zavala, Brandie James, Kenneth Riley, Jessica Tucker, Robin Anderson, Kelly James, Brian Pierce and Amy Donnelly. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
