He was predeceased by: his parents, Federico Cuellar and Elva Tijerina. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Cuellar; his children, María Alvarado (Fernando), Chole Solís (Adrián) and Julián Solís (Ruby); his grandchildren, Fernando Alvarado, Mateo Alvarado, Leonardo Alvarado, Violet Alvarado, Adiel Trujillo, Mathias Trujillo, Ezequiel Trujillo, Matthew Félix, Lynette Ocaña and Luka Solís; and his siblings, Carlos Cuellar (Isela), Javier Cuellar, Víctor Cuellar (Carmen), José Manuel Cuellar (Josefina), Dora Elia González (Elías Sr.) and Alicia Cuellar.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lord and I Funeral Home - Peñitas (1005 E Expressway 83, Penitas, TX 78576). A rosary was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
