He is survived by: his mother Alicia Moreno of Reyes; his siblings, Arely Elejarza and Servando Reyes Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Raul Armando Gonzalez, Lessly Gonzalez, Mario Gonzalez, Tiffany Ann, Jadie Alexandra, Joseph, Jonathan Alexander, Melody Nevaeh, Joy Summer, Servando Reyes III, Leyla Faith Smith and Genesis Nevaeh.
