She was predeceased by: her parents, Petra Villarreal and Juan Antonio Vela; her husband Saragosa Salinas; and her siblings, Concepcion Botello, San Juanita Zamora, Guadalupe Vela, Jose Vela, David Vela and Ruben Vela.
She is survived by: her children, Saragosa Eduardo Salinas (Kathy), Maria Elma Garcia (Rene), Mario Andres Salinas (Aida), Diana Elizabeth Flores (Richard) and Jose Leroy Salinas (Leticia); and her brother Carlos Vela. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current climate surrounding COVID-19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
