He is survived by: his wife Maria Partida; his children, Emelia Ahmed (Zulfi), Luis Partida (Yolanda), Yvonne Berlanga (Rafael) and Neftali Partida (Katherine); and his siblings, Santiago Partida, Natividad Partida, Miguel Angel Partida, Bertha Partida and Otila Partida. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
