He is survived by: his parents, Julian Perez and Maria De Jesus Martinez; his wife Erika Guadalupe Martinez; his children, Lee Roy Perez (Roxiee), Kaylee Perez, Litzy Perez and Kacey Perez; his grandson Jordan Peralez; and his siblings, Roxanna Tovar, Omar Perez, Ivan Perez, Raul Tovar and Joseph Tovar.
