He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenovio Fuentes and Josefa Chavana of Fuentes; and his brother Pablo Fuentes. He is survived by: his siblings, Margarita Fuentes (Eufracio Peralez) and Gerardo Fuentes (Maria Antonia Fuentes); his sister-in-law Carmen Fuentes; his aunt Sara Chavana; his nieces, Brendaly Fuentes, Sarai Fuentes, Rubi Fuentes, Pollet B. Fuentes, Francheska Fuentes and Josie Fuentes; and his nephew Armando Valencia.
