He was predeceased by: his grandfather Javier Cantu. He is survived by: his parents, Jesus Javier Cantu and Gracie Cantu; his siblings, Jesse Jeremiah Cantu, Jesus Javier Cantu Jr. and Gabriella Cantu; his grandparents, Maria Estela Cantu, Salvador Salinas and Gracie Gonzalez; and his great-grandparents, Ofelia Martinez, Guadalupe Salinas and Aurora Gonzalez. He is also survived by his several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lord and I Funeral Home - Peñitas (1005 E Expressway 83, Penitas, TX 78576). A prayer was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Lord & I Cemetery - Penitas (1005 E Expressway 83, Penitas, TX 78576).
