He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Peña and Francisca Flores. He is survived by: his wife Idolinda Peña; his children, Rodolfo Peña, Jose A. Peña, Marta A. Garza, Javier H. Peña and Carlos E. Peña; and his granddaughter Youlissa L. Peña.
