She is survived by: her parents, Tiburcio Ruiz Jr. and Irma Garza; her children, Vanessa Flores Kemp (Jermaine), Robert Vela III (Melissa) and Chris Anthony Vela; her grandchildren, Haven Vela, Andrew Vela and Kehlani Kemp; her siblings, Juan Pablo Ruiz (Elisa), Fernando Ruiz (Shelly) and Melissa Hernandez (Martin); and also Irma Ruiz.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lord and I Funeral Home - Peñitas (1005 E Expressway 83, Penitas, TX 78576). A rosary was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
