He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Grant Ritchey and Sibyl Ritchey (Dolive). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jeanenne Hamm; his sons, Thomas Glenn Ritchey (Miyuki) of College Station and John David Ritchey (Crystal) of Lake Jackson, Texas; his godson Alan R. Bratton (Gretchen) of Stillwater, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, John David Ritchey, Jr. (JD) of College Station, Heather Burke (Bobby) of Grapevine, Tanner Ritchey (Natalie) of Clute, Landry Ritchey of Grapevine, Kiera McFatter (Kyle) of Lake Jackson, Gage Ritchey of San Antonio, Payton Ritchey of Newtown, Gunnar Ritchey of San Antonio and Austin Griffin of Dallas, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Brenley, Ava, Lyla, Mila, Kinley and Benny. He is also survived by his sons, grandchildren and dear friends.
Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, funeral services will be private.
