He is survived by: his children, William R. Traylor Jr. (Billy), Kathy Traylor Snipes, Kent F. Traylor (Libby) and Alisha Traylor Colquitt; his sister Sally Slavik; his grandchildren, Jennifer Walling, Tara Hill, John Paul Snipes, Lydia Traylor Donnell, William Keen Traylor, Luke Aaron Traylor, Caroline Traylor Maddox, Anna Elizabeth Traylor, Zachary Taylor Colquitt and Heather Lauren Colquitt; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Abby Walling, Brenen Traylor, Blake, Roxanne and Spencer Hill.
