He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Talley and Louella Talley; and his sisters, Dorothy Eck, Frances Adams and Betty Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Talley; and his children, Joel (Johnna Talley) of Bosqueville, Julie Lynch of Waco, Gary Talley (Maria Esau) of McGregor and Jena (Jimmy Peebles) of Kingsland.
