He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood Watson and Frances Watson; his sister Gayle Rice; and his niece Olivia Watson. He is survived by: his pet Daisy; his wife Peggy Watson; his son Chris Watson (Shelly); his stepchildren, Denise Byrd Bozant, Richie Dickson (Leesa) and Jay Dickson (Katie); his grandchildren, Ginny Bagwell (Matt), Randee Ruiz (Jorge), Tres Dickson, Joey Dickson, Colbee Dickson, Zach Dickson and Maggie Dickson; his great grandchildren, Oliver Ruiz, Beau Bagwell, Adelyn Bagwell, Jackson Ruiz and Ella Bagwell; his grandchildren, Ceci, Tommy, Christyn, Robbi, Liam, Chasity and Kirwin; his siblings, Karen Martin, Raynelle Byerley (Bob), Billy Watson (Rita), JoAnne Grossestreuer (Jim) and Johnny Watson (Patty); and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Rice, Monica O'Donohoe (David) and Patty Youngblood (Tommy). He is also survived by grandchildren, bonus great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of his best friend, Daisy, at Bayou Animal Services or to Camp Hope.
