With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Leon Johnson of Peggy, Texas, born in Smithfield, North Carolina, who passed away on December 5, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A. Johnson and Louise C. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Massie; his children, Sarah, Michael and Nathan; his daughter-in-law Jaclynn; and his brother Johnny Johnson (Carolyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as an aunt, uncle, and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church, Bryan, and Aggieland Humane Society.
