She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Eloise Purl Lucas and George Wilson Lucas, Sr.; and her brothers, George Wilson Lucas, Jr. and Thomas Wilson Lucas. She is survived by: her granddaughter Peggy; her husband William Burdette "Bill" Patterson; her daughter Cydney Patterson Wright (Keith); her grandchildren, Miles (Allison), MacKenzie and Max; her daughter Courtney Patterson Myers (Devin); her grandchildren, Seth, Noah and Hope; her son Joshua William Patterson (Nisha); her grandchildren, Logan, Andie and Eli; and her sister Jane Adeline Lucas.
