He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson Rouse and Eara Kersey Rouse; and his siblings, Liz and Wick Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rouse of Nederland; his children, Jeff Rouse (Misty) of Orange, Jackie Moore of Nederland and Mandy Hauck (Bill) of Athens; his grandchildren, Jacob Rouse, Angie Moore and Kristi Rogers; his niece Joyce Ann Painter of Freeport; his great-niece Tonya; his great-nephew Joe; and also, Joei and Jason. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
