He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O. Webb Sr. and Ina McLemore Webb; his siblings, Roy O. Webb Jr., Carl D. Webb (Pat), Mary Webb Glenn, Sue Webb Lloyd and Jean Snyder; and his daughter Patricia L. Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dillon Webb; his sister Jane Richardson; his son Jerry D. Webb Sr. (Lori); and his grandchildren, Jerry D. Webb Jr. (Jessica), Lea Joyce Scott (Suraj), Ashley Brooke Webb (Blake) and Jade Flaherty (Coleman).
