He is survived by: his wife Peggy McIntosh of Fairview, Texas; his children, Deborah Kay Brown (Neil) of Wylie, Michael Lee McIntosh of Allen and Jeffrey Todd McIntosh (Lynn) of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, Robyn Brown, Clay Brown, Trevor McIntosh and Nicole McIntosh (Kenneth Callis); and his great grandchild Tatum Grace Callis.
