He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eric Lionel and Helen Margaret MacEwan; his wife Peggy Joyce MacEwan; and his children, Scott MacEwan (Robin), Kevin MacEwan (Kari) and Laurie Shaw (Blake). He was also cherished by his five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Capital of Texas chapter of Alzheimer's Association or Sedro Trail Assisted Living & Memory Care of Georgetown, Texas.
