He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hoover; his children, Pamela Nichter (Garry) and Perry Don Hoover (Lorna); his brother Dwight Hoover (Melba); his grandchildren, Mindy Michelle Skidmore (Ray), Morgan Tyler Nichter (Breanne) and Ryan Don Hoover; and his great grandchildren, Sierra, Camden, Bentley, Nixon and Nolan.
