He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie James Hogue Sr. and Valda Hogue (Collier); his sister Wanda Justice; and his grandson William K. Neeley III. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hogue (Burton); his sons, Charlie James "Chuck" Hogue III, Chris M. Hogue (Melanie) and Patrick Hogue; his grandchildren, Amanda Hogue-MacDonald (Erik) and Charlie James "C. J."; his great grandchild Liam MacDonald; his sisters, Hilda Hogue-Simmons (Charles) and Drusilla Hogue; and his daughter-in-law Debra Hogue. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
