It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teddy Dave Foster (Pecos, Texas), who passed away on April 22, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, El Wanda Gaw and David Foster; his stepparents, Eddie Gaw and Mary Foster; and his brother Charlie Foster.
He is survived by: his brother Dave Foster of La Porte; his aunts, Kay Foster of Abiliene and Joyce Foster of San Antonio; and also Linda Foster of La Porte. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew and many cousins.
