He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquin Carrasco and Petra C. Carrasco; and his brother Manel Lozoya. He is survived by: his spouse Hermila Carrasco; his children, Anita Carrasco, Blanca Unruh (Walt), Sylvestre S. Carrasco Jr. and Luis Carrasco (Teresa); his siblings, Viviana Minoz, Aurora Carrasco, Pablo Carrasco, Javier Carrasco, Jaime Carrasco, Mario Carrasco, Jesus Carrasco, Consuelo Carrasco and Gomisinda Sanchez; his grandchildren, D'dra Almuina, Desiree Almuina, Melissa Fuentes, Clarice Carrasco, Chelsea Carrasco, Michael Almuina, Cesar Jr. Fuentes and Luis Carrasco Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Carrasco, Elijah Vijil, Sofia Almuina and Esmaiah Carrasco.
