He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Kelton and Jim Tom Kelton. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Marie Baker; his children, Frank (Amanda Kelton) and Suzanne (Heath Ownbey); his sister Janell Kelton; his niece Jae Carol (Bret Swihart); his great-nephew Luca; and his grandchildren, Calley, Halan Kelton, Kree and Ivee Ownbey.
