She was predeceased by: her parents, Sevariano Licon and Irene Licon; her husband Salome Munoz, Jr.; her siblings, Sevariano Licon Jr., Armando Licon, Manuel "Lincoln" Licon, Belia Montoya and Cruzita Licon; and her son Luis Licon.
She is survived by: her siblings, Maria Cobos, Daniel Licon and Albert Licon; and her children, Gloria Tarango (Ruben), Melissa Valles (Gilbert) and Thomas Munoz (Star). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 step granddaughters and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Pecos Funeral Home (607 W 3rd St, Pecos, TX 79772). A rosary was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Catherine Catholic Church (1201 S Plum St, Pecos, TX 79772).
