She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis H. Woodard and Syble E. Woodard; her children, Steven Christopher Rains and Keely Kaye Rains; her husband Billie Rains; her grandchildren, Kyle Rains, Skylar Rains and Savannah Rains; and her siblings, Merna Woodard and Lessie Woodard. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
