It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nelva Foster of Pecos, Texas, born in Brownwood, Texas, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ottie Martin and Silas Martin; her husband A. B. Foster, Jr.; her daughters, Rebecca Yow (Field) and Melanie Burkholder (Duncan); and her grandchildren, Field Yow III, Natalie Lippard, Ben Foster Burkholder, Kendall Yow, Ellen Cochran, Foster Yow and Clayton Burkholder. She was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
