She is survived by: her children, Arturo Rodriguez, Dolores Maldonado, Elojio Rubio, Oscar Rubio, Yolanda Vela, Sylvia Rubio and Aguedo Rubio; her stepdaughter Delma Romo; and her adoptive children, Desirae Rubio, Crystal Rubio, Joe Angel Rubio and Aguedo Rubio Jr..
