He is survived by: his wife Mae Martinez of Pecos; his children, Jimmy Martinez (Sharlene) of Stephenville, Joe Martinez (Stacey) of Pecos and Brenda McKinney (Clay) of Pecos; his sisters, Lydia Meadows (Doyle) of Albuquerque and Yolanda Hinojos (Armando) of Pecos; and his grandchildren, Clay Ryon McKinney (Analisa) of Pecos, Lauren Hardman (Heath) of Stephenville, Marcos Jake McKinney (Emily) of Pecos, Sarah Wilkinson (William) of Wink, Shelly Martinez of Midland, Trever Wilkinson of Gardendale and Ambree Martinez of Pecos. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and numerous niece and nephews.
