He was predeceased by: his parents, Iva T. White and B. White of Whiteville; his brothers, Joe White and Wade White; his daughter-in-law Karen White; and his stepdaughter Hope Hefner.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Greenhaw Hefner; his children, Jim White (Jill) of Lubbock, TX., Jack White (Detra) of Odessa, TX and Juli White Addington (John) of Lubbock, TX; his stepson Thomas Hefner (Sonya) of Lockhart, TX.; and his grandchildren, Clay White (Erin) of Lubbock, TX., Clint White (Liz) of Lubbock, TX., Clancy White Odom (Trey) of Lubbock, TX., Lance White (Lyndsey) of Midland, TX., Rachel White Flores of Odessa, TX., Ross White of Odessa, TX, Chance Fincher of San Angelo, TX., Dylan Hudson of Round Rock, TX., Jessica Clegg (Joe) of Austin, TX., Nick Hart of Lubbock, TX., Bree Stephens of Austin, TX, Rhea Walker (Trey) of Abilene, TX, Joseph Hefner (Chandler) of Milton, FL, Michael Myers (Jennifer) of Austin, TX., Krystal Hernandez (Dario) of Midland, TX. and Stacie Laws of Austin, TX.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Temple Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Reeves County Senior Center, West of the Pecos Museum, or the church or charity of your own choice.
