She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alfred Roy and Verdie Myrtle McKewen; her siblings, John Roy, Lillie Mae Voyles (Hubert), Mary Weaver (Rayford) and Eudora Allen (Ray); her children, David Strachan and Anne Ryan; and her nephew Don Weaver.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Gerald Strachan (Quack); her daughter Virginia; her former husband Phillip Ryan; her sons, Jeff and Bart Ryan; her son-in-law Phil Ryan (Margaret); her grandchildren, Jeff Ryan (Sheryl), Bart Ryan (Amye), Penny Stevenson (Tony) and Kevin Ryan (Candi); her great grandchildren, Avrie Ryan, Colten Ryan, Cassidy Ryan, Matt Jordan (Lauryn), Chad Jordan (Alexa), Brayton Ryan, Shae Stevenson, Austin Bondl Lili Hertberg, Sterling Ryan, Aryia Ryan and Amelia Ryan; her great great grandchildren, Connor Jordan, Vera Jordan and Harlow Jordan; and her nephews, Johnny Weaver, Jimmy Voyles, Dan Roy, Edd Roy and Chip Allen.
Viewing will be at Pecos Funeral Home, 607 West 3rd Street, Pecos Texas 79772 from 11-4 on Friday, May 1, 2020, due to the COVID19 Outbreak, only the immediate 10 members of the family are able to attend this visitation.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the First Christian Church of Pecos, P.O. Box 1862, Pecos Texas, 79772, c/o Mr. Jerry Patterson, Irene's second home.
