Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Demecio leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David and Gilda Vejil. He is survived by: his parents, Anna L. Gongora and Demecio Vejil III; his stepfather Jason Fritz; his siblings, Vanessa Buckler, Amanda Vejil and Mason Fritz; and his grandmother Juanita Gongora. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
