As Carmen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Carmen. Though Carmen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Reyes and Candelaria Reyes; and her husband Gregorio Gabaldon. She is survived by: her children, Marylou Gabaldon, Margarita DeAnda (Agustin), Elvira Gabaldon (Mario), Michelle Harrison (Timothy), Miguel Angel Gabaldon (Velma), Alfonso Gabaldon (Veronica) and Gregorio Gabaldon; and her brother Doroteo Reyes. She is also survived by 13 grandkids and 11 great grand kids.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Pecos Funeral Home (607 W 3rd St, Pecos, TX 79772). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
