He was predeceased by: his father Buddy Ragan; and his brother-in-law Howard Bulman. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ragan of Pattonville, Texas; his daughters, Kayla Smith of Sulphur Springs and Amber Smith of Commerce, Texas; and his siblings, Joyce Bulman of Pattonville and Mike Ragan of Pattonville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
