He is survived by: his wife Martha Crews; his sons, Kerry Crews (Tracy) and Steven Crews; his brother Kris Crews (Jana); and his brother-in-law Jerry Fields (Mary). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
