He is survived by: his parents, William Wiley and Mary Beatrice "Townsend" Bulman; his wife Joyce Bulman of Pecan Gap, Texas; his sons, Joseph Ragan (Tamara) of Deport and Joshual Ragan of Pecan Gap, Texas; his grandchildren, Anna Bowman, Alexis Ragan and Johnathan Ragan; his siblings, Anita Tapp of Florida and Henry Bulman of Mississippi; and his mother-in-law Barbara Ragan.
