He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynn Rittenberry of Pecan Gap; his daughters, April Olmsted (John) of Pecan Gap and Carrie White (Anthony) of Commerce; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Nathan, Clayton, David Ethan, Tanner and Tynslie; his brothers, Johnny Batten (Barbara) of Little Elm and Bobby Batten of Pecan Gap; and his daughter Donna Gail Carr (Jess) of Missouri.
