He was predeceased by: his spouse LaNelle Little; and his brothers, Robert, Joe and Milton. He is survived by: his sons, Howard (Gail) and Larry (Linda); his grandchildren, Jennifer Mings (Mike), Michael Neal (Erin), Leah Jones (Ross), Matthew Neal (Aren) and Brian Neal (Amanda); his siblings, Fred, Wilson (Janis), James (Coleen), Charles, Iven (Ruby) and Frances Fitzpatrick; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Neal, Pat Dubois and Pat Little. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
