She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben N. Pena and Josie Pena (Benavides); and her brother Ruben Pena Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Annie Garcia (J. J.) and Stacy Valenzuela; her siblings, Robert Pena (Josie), Debra Hernandez, Norma Martinez, Diana Villarreal, Sarah "Cindy" Alanis and Patty Vinton; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Carolina, Victoria, Abram and Christopher Garcia.
