He is survived by: his wife Manuela Minnie Romero Ramos; his children, Joann Ramos, Martha Ann Ramos, Emmy Ramos Dominguez (Raul Jr.), Patrick Lee Ramos Sr. (Jennifer Trevino), Paul Peggy Ramos Jr. (Norma Reyna Ramos) and Christopher Lee Ramos (Vicky Benson Ramos); and his siblings, Simon L. Ramos Sr., Roy Ramos, Frances R. Gonzales, Rosa Lopez Ramos and Felicita R. Velasquez. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
